Refund policy

At Karizma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund process under the following conditions.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original tags and packaging.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or washing will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Underwear and innerwear products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Accessories such as watches if the packaging has been opened or damaged
  • Any item returned after 14 days from delivery
Exchange
Customers may request an exchange for a different size or color within 14 days, depending on product availability.
Shipping fees for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to an error from our side.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7–10 business days.
  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
