At Karizma, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Egypt.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Alexandria: 1–2 business days

  • Cairo & Giza: 3–5 business days

  • Other Governorates in Egypt: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on the delivery location. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered on selected orders or campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across Egypt. Please ensure the correct address and phone number are provided when placing your order to avoid delivery delays.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to an incorrect address, an unavailable customer, or refusal of the order, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
